Frequently Asked Questions about the Kheri
- If you are not satisfied with the products delivered to you, you have the right to claim a product exchange or refund within 3 days of the product being delivered. If the product is faulty or broken, it shall be replaced with a new one in proper working condition. If an exchange is not possible, the full amount will be credited to your Kheripk’s account which can be adjusted against any other purchase in the future. No refund will be applicable if the request is not made within 3 days of the product being delivered.
- Changes to the package size and color once the order has been dispatched will only be entertained if the customer agrees to bear
the cost of two-way delivery.
